Once you have scheduled service with us we will send a
team to your home who will work from the roof with a rope
and harness system so as not to dent your gutters with the
ladders. We then clean the debris off your roof and out of of
the gutters. We also check all downspouts to make sure they
are open. All the debris that fall out of your gutters and onto
your decks,driveways, porches,bushes. e.t.c will be
thoroughly cleaned .
We do all types of gutter repairs from re-tacking loose
gutters to replacing small sections of gutter. We also repair
downspouts that have pulled loose from the home and
re-pitch gutters so they drain properly. We can also add
more gutter or drains if needed.
The shingles on your roof can be damaged by high winds
and heavy thunderstorms. If you have tree limbs that hang
over or touch the roof they can rub and tear off shingles
and cause a lot of damage. Also the vent pipe flashings
have a rubber seal that can dry rot or tear if this happens
you will notice a water stain on the ceiling in the bathroom
or kitchen area. The best way to find a leak is to check the
attic . We can do a complete roof inspection when cleaning
the gutters.
Tree limbs hanging close to your roof can damage your
shingles cause serious clogs and give squirrels easy access
to your attic. We can trim the limbs back from the roof to
eliminate these problems.
Floodlights to high to replace. We can replace them for you
whether its one bulb are all of them. We can also re-direct
them and we also can replace fixture if need be.
